The Wright Fizz ("we," "us") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Event booking requests: your name, phone, email, how you'd like to be contacted, the event date, time, address, guest count and any notes you add.
- Reviews: your name, email, star rating, review text and any photo you choose to upload. Only your first name and last initial, rating, review and photo are shown on the site. Your email is never shown.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your booking request and plan your event.
- To send you a confirmation email when you submit a request.
- To show approved reviews on our website, and to contact you about your review if needed.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website: our web hosting and database (Google Firebase) and our email service (Resend), which deliver your request and our confirmation emails. They handle your data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and reviews as long as we need them for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children
This website is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
